CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Academic services provided by the Self-learning Language Center are certified under the rule ISO 9001:2008 of the Institutional System of Quality (SICA by their acronym in Spanish) with the aim of assessing and measuring the implementation of actions to allow the continuous improvement of the service.
Receiving your comments, suggestions and/or complaints is an opportunity for us to improve our service. We appreciate your valuable opinion in order to ensure that we better meet your needs and expectations of the quality of service you wish to receive.
To meet this goal, two Suggestions Boxes for your use are located at:
1. Suggestions Box on the ground floor (in front of the Office of the CAI)
2. Suggestions Box on the first floor (in front of the Multilingual Computing Area).

It's necessary to fill-out the information sheet in full, especially the fields in blue, to be able to answer your questions by e-mail. Please place your completed information sheet in the box.
At the end of each month the questions and comments submitted along with our responses will be released to the public.
